INPUT TYPE
HIGH OR LOW
The input stage of the MPD 4.100 and 1.500 amplifiers can accept high or low-level signals.
Stereos with low level RCA outputs can connect directly to the amplifier with the Input Level switch set to PRE IN.
High level speaker wires can connect to the same RCA inputs using the MPS-HL RCA adaptor (sold separately). The MPS-HL has an in-built 50Ω resistor to keep load-sensing factory systems working as expected.
